Every SPARTA athlete is tested and monitored on our two Bertec© Force Plates. Installed under the floor, SPARTA coaches use the force plates in conjunction with proprietary software to give a "fingerprint" of each athletes' nervous system, called a SPARTA Scan.
Each athletes' program is based on the needs derived from the scan, as well as the needs of their sport. Every time an athlete tests, they get a printout of their scan and a SPARTA coach explains the results.

In addition to testing & analysis, the force plates at Sparta are equipped with a Training Mode, and athletes are monitored within every session. The Force PLate allows SPARTA coaches to make sure that each athlete is getting exactly what they need, and nothing they don't.
