Training at SPARTA is based on trust and a personal relationship. Using proprietary science and technology, our coaches create an intense and focused training environment to get you ready for the season ahead.

SPARTA Professional athletes train anywhere from 2 to 4 days a week. No matter which program you choose our proprietary Force Plate testing, individual training program and nutrition & recovery plan are all designed to make sure you maximize your performance stay injury free.
