FREE Tryout
Why a FREE Tryout?
We want athletes to experience first hand how different training at SPARTA really is. The science behind our training is completely unique to SPARTA.When you come into Sparta for your FREE tryout, you test on our force plate with our proprietary software. The data we receive from this test becomes your unique Sparta Scan , telling us how you move as an athlete, and what your strengths and weaknesses are. We review this with you on the second day of your tryout.
If you continue on a training program with Sparta, you will test on the force plate once a month. Your Sparta Scan will reflect the changes you are making in your performance, and more importantly, highlight how much you are reducing your risk for injury.
